During a recent interview with Fox News’ Mark Levin, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich unleashed on current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, calling her “the most dangerous speaker” in history.
“She lives in an enclave that is guarded in San Francisco,” Gingrich said. “She is surrounded by left-wing looney tunes who think that it’s OK to live in a city where … there’s a map you can go to on the internet that shows you where feces were. They don’t distinguish dog and human, but they’ll show you the feces count that day around San Francisco.”
“This is the same problem with [Vice President] Kamala Harris,” Gingrich continued. “They come from the center of left-wing nuttiness, and all their friends at the local country club or all their friends when they go to a cocktail party, think this craziness makes sense.”
Gingrich went on to note that Pelosi, “has been in politics so long that she operates like a genuine machine politician of the old order. And she doesn’t mind abusing power. She doesn’t mind running over people … she’s so willing to break the rules and to, frankly, just say things that are totally untrue.”
Host Mark Levin said that the speaker showed “gall” when she claimed that impeaching President Donald Trump “unites the country.”
“It’s also interesting how the press react to her when she has a press conference,” Levin said. “You dare step out of line and ask her a tough question, she dismisses you, she diminishes you, and they don’t start yelling questions at her.”
“Well, what you have right now with the press corps are left-wing lapdogs,” Gingrich replied. “And their job is to go over and lick the hand of the left-wingers and then try to bite the Republicans. So that’s their duty. I mean, they’re just behaving like they’ve been trained to behave.”
Pelosi has completely taken advantage of the political divide in America for personal gain. During failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s You and Me Both podcast earlier in the month, Pelosi discussed the events that unfolded at the US Capitol on January 6th.
Pelosi gave a sob story of the events that unfolded, stating that she and other members of Congress couldn’t “move on” from the events because they were completely “traumatized.”
“I think everyone listening knows what happened on January 6, when the United States Capitol was attacked by a group of seditionist, insurrectionist traitors,” Clinton said as she started the segment.
“I’m sad. I’m deeply sad, because here it is, the Capitol, this symbol of democracy to the world, being overrun by people who are being incited by a person who is not speaking truth,” Pelosi whined.
“Everybody said, ‘Well, we’ve got to move on.’ No, we can’t move on,” Pelosi continued. “We can’t move on. We will move on, but we have to take stock of what this is.”
The Speaker went on by laying out the events that unfolded on January 6th, explaining how Democrat members were “traumatized” as they hid behind chairs and crawled across the gallery.
“But it wasn’t about me, because I had security; it was about my members,” Pelosi said. “And they were traumatized by it. Some were on the floor; some were in the Gallery watching. Because of COVID we had to have our distancing, and those up there had to go under their seats for a long time. And then they had to do a belly crawl across the Gallery so that they could have a safe egress from the Chamber, because if they had gone out the door they were nearest to, the protestors were there. They were there, and they were out to harm people.”
“And just the image of these members elected to represent Americans crawling on their bellies to escape the House Chamber is just beyond outraging,” Clinton replied.
Pelosi continued by praising herself and her fellow Democrats for being “unifiers.”
